At Fairfield House we fully appreciate the disruption that COVID-19 is causing. We also realise that the latest emergency restrictions will make it impossible for people to travel to Fairfield House. Whilst we regret that we are unable to offer full refunds, we are offering all of our customers a chance to re-book their visit at a later date (subject to availability).
Guests can re-book at any time up to the end of 2021. If you have booked at a mid-week or off peak rate and want to re-book at a weekend or peak rate then there may be difference in price, however, we will offer all customers who re-book the same 2020 rates even in 2021.
If you wish to cancel altogether then we will try to re-sell your dates. If we can you will receive a full refund. If not we will retain your original deposit, but you will not be liable for the balance.
In the meantime Fairfield remains ready for business as soon as the world returns to normal. The house is spotlessly clean and beautifully isolated! We remain totally committed to the safety of our Guests and all of our team.
