The North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty offers some legendary cycling including some of the most beautiful stretches of the C2C and some of the highest roads in Britain (including Great Dun Fell at huge 2,740ft!).
Fairfield House is a 10 bedroom, 5 Star, Gold Award self-catering venue in Stanhope, close to the C2C, Waskerley Way and Hampsterly Forest not to mention the fabulous road cycling offered throughout the Durham Dales.
Whilst Fairfield is usually fully booked on weekends, we are now able to offer special deals for groups who want to stay mid-week and for the first time we are offering accommodation on a room by room basis with a bed & breakfast option (subject to a minimum booking of 4 rooms).
The self-catered house now has the option of a special Bed & Breakfast offer for mid-week stays. Cycling groups now have the opportunity to book anything between 4 and 10 bedrooms, for one night, mid-week at just £170* per room or two nights for £199, with breakfast starting at just £4.95 per head! All rooms apart from one can be made up as twins – linen, towels and a hairdryer are provided in every room.
The dining room seats up to 20 people and use of the games room, gardens and BBQ area is all included. Guests get exclusive use of the house and grounds. There is secure indoor storage for bikes and outdoor tap for bike cleaning.
You can even enjoy the 8 seater hot tub – the perfect way to relax after a day in the countryside, for just £50!
Groups have the opportunity to book all of the main house, which has 8 bedrooms (sleeps up to 16) for one night mid-week – prices start at £1,295, including free use of the hot tub, with the option of Bed & Breakfast. Or two nights starting at just £1,395. Two further optional (and very luxurious) bedrooms are available in the annex.
The minimum booking is for 4 rooms available on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. Breakfasts are paid for separately. All prices include VAT.
